Attention St Michael Athletic Association Supporters,
I regret to inform you that we have decided to cancel our event which was scheduled for next Saturday. Unfortunately we did not reach the minimum number of registered attendees prior to the deadline and we did not feel comfortable taking the risk. We took many factors into consideration but ultimately for the enjoyment of our guests, fiscal responsibility to our organization and the time commitment of our volunteers, we feel this is the prudent decision. We also had to guarantee a minimum of 100 patrons for our food truck partner and we fell well short of that number. While we understand there will always be late registrations, we felt this particular gap was just too large to overcome. For all those who have already registered for the event, purchased horses, or made a sponsorship, we will begin processing refunds next week.
We appreciate all of your ongoing support and promise to discuss some new ideas to help keep our fundraisers fresh and exciting. Our number one goal is to provide a quality experience for all of our student athletes and we could not have success without the support of all our St Michael Community. Go Warriors!
